If your Diocese has not paid it's fee, please submit them by June 1st, 2008 in order to have voice and vote at the upcoming National Happening Leadership Conference at Kanuga , NC
To pay your license fee, please download the following form

You must also fill out the
Ministry
Agreement
and have it signed by your Diocesean Bishop on even numbered years (2008, 2010, etc.)
